4. Location Data

The Platform collects real-time location data from drivers during active dispatch operations. This data is essential for providing dispatch and fleet management services, including job routing, estimated arrival times, and real-time tracking.

Location data is collected only when the driver is actively using the Platform for dispatch operations. Organizations and their dispatchers can view driver locations within the Platform for operational purposes.

5. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Within your organization: Dispatchers and administrators within your organization can access relevant operational data, including driver locations during active jobs
  • Service providers: We share information with third-party providers that help us operate the Platform, including cloud hosting, mapping services, and payment processing
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental request
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction
  • With your consent: We may share information for other purposes with your explicit consent
